How it works

1. We talk. A short call or email thread to understand what you're trying to do and whether it's something OpenLoop is a good fit for.

2. I scope it. You get a clear breakdown of what'll be built, roughly how long it'll take, and what it costs, before any work starts.

3. We build it. Regular check-ins, no disappearing for three weeks and resurfacing with something unrecognisable.

4. You own it. Code, accounts, and documentation are yours. No lock-in, no mystery dependencies on me personally.

Questions I get asked
Do you work with clients outside Kashmir?

Yes. OpenLoop works remotely with clients across India and beyond. Most of the work happens over email and short calls, location rarely matters for software.

What tech stack do you build on?

Whatever fits the problem and stays maintainable, typically plain, fast, well-understood tools rather than the framework of the month. The goal is something you can own and run without me.

How quickly can you start?

It depends on what's already in flight, but a starter build can usually kick off within a week or two of scoping. Larger projects get a proper timeline up front.

Can you help with AI features specifically?

That's a lot of what OpenLoop does now, AI integrations that do real work inside a product, not bolted-on demos. If you're not sure whether AI fits your use case, that's a good first conversation to have.

What if I just need advice, not a build?

Happy to talk. ISP infrastructure consulting and the occasional second opinion on a technical decision are both on the table, reach out and we'll figure out the right format.

ISP infrastructure consulting

Building or running a fiber ISP? ViberNet has spent two years figuring out FreeRADIUS, MikroTik, EPON rollouts, and the operational mess that comes with all of it, happy to talk through what we've learned.
