OpenLoop takes on a small number of client projects — web applications, workflow automation, and AI integrations. I also do infrastructure consulting for people building ISPs, based on what ViberNet has learned the hard way.
A small, scoped web app or site — landing page, internal tool, or simple automation. Good for testing the waters before a bigger project.
A full web application — dashboards, customer portals, internal systems, or an AI integration that actually does something useful in your workflow.
For projects that need continued work — new features, fixes, and small improvements on a monthly basis instead of one-off invoices.
1. We talk. A short call or email thread to understand what you're trying to do and whether it's something OpenLoop is a good fit for.
2. I scope it. You get a clear breakdown of what'll be built, roughly how long it'll take, and what it costs — before any work starts.
3. We build it. Regular check-ins, no disappearing for three weeks and resurfacing with something unrecognisable.
4. You own it. Code, accounts, and documentation are yours. No lock-in, no mystery dependencies on me personally.
Building or running a fiber ISP? ViberNet has spent two years figuring out FreeRADIUS, MikroTik, EPON rollouts, and the operational mess that comes with all of it — happy to talk through what we've learned.
