Day 24: No Perfect Conditions
Eid was yesterday. Everyone rested today. I opened the laptop anyway.
Meetings. Portals. Spreadsheets. Code.
This is what my days look like, at home, at the office, it doesn't matter. The laptop comes everywhere. The work doesn't really stop.
Not because I have to. Because I can't imagine it any other way.
People ask what it takes to build a company from Kashmir with no funding, no ecosystem, no roadmap.
Honestly? It just looks like this.
A laptop. A quiet corner. Showing up every single day including the days you're supposed to be off.
The fiber running through Srinagar's neighborhoods — planned like this.
The NOC portal managing thousands of subscribers — built like this.
SuperDash, now being used by ISPs across India — designed like this.
No glass office. No investor backing. No perfect conditions.
Just a 21-year-old who decided to build something that didn't exist yet and hasn't stopped since.
Day 24 of my 30-day build-in-public series.
Find that thing. Then don't stop.
