Day 5: Custom CRM ROI
I built a complete customer management system for a fiber ISP in 6 weeks. Here's what it replaced, and what it saved.
Before we built our own software at ViberNet, this is how we onboarded a new customer:
- → Field engineer visits. Writes details on paper.
- → Papers come to office. Someone types them into a spreadsheet.
- → KYC done manually. Filed physically.
- → Installation scheduled over WhatsApp.
- → Activation is a phone call to the network team.
2 people. 2 hours. Per customer.
We were doing 30+ activations a month. That's 40-90 staff hours, every month, on a process that added zero value.
So we built a system that handles it end to end:
- → Engineer captures lead, KYC photos, and GPS location on mobile, on-site
- → Payment collected digitally before installation
- → KYC reviewed and approved in the portal
- → Technician activates with OTP verification
- → CAF document auto-generated and stored on cloud
Time per activation now: under 30 minutes.
That's 90+ hours saved every month. Permanently. From a one-time software investment.
We built this for ourselves. We now build it for other businesses.
If your team is spending hours every week on a process that software could handle, I'd like to talk. DM me and we'll figure out together whether it's worth building.
Day 5 of my 30-day build-in-public series — sharing what I'm building at ViberNet and OpenLoop every day.
Tell people exactly what you do, exactly who it's for, and exactly how to reach you. The ones who need it will come. The ones who don't will keep reading anyway. Clarity is the most underrated sales tool.
