Today is Day 25 of my 30-day build in public series, and I'm writing Today's post myself without using AI. Yeah, I used up my weekly limit 😭

This post is not exactly about ViberNet (our ISP) or Open Loop (our software agency). It's about SuperDash, a byproduct of both I would say.

SuperDash is an all-in-one software for ISPs. It handles billing, accounting, customer management, and more.

We originally built it for our own setup because we couldn't find software that properly fit our tools and hardware stack. Most ISPs have to adjust their workflow around generic software instead of using something made for them.

That's when I realized there's a real gap in the market.

So now, we want to provide custom software as a service for ISPs, where we handle the full tech stack and backend, from billing and accounting to basic network management, while ISPs can focus on running and growing their business.
