Day 28: In the Middle of the Struggle
I haven't made it. I just want to be honest about that.
The money is tight. People are still doubting. Things still break at the worst possible times.
I'm not writing this from the other side of success. I'm writing it from the middle of the struggle.
But something is different now.
I remember my first ever sales call.
I was so nervous I could hear my own heartbeat. Somehow I closed it but my hands wouldn't stop shaking the whole time.
I used to dread talking to strangers. Every new conversation felt like something I wasn't ready for.
I'm still an introvert. That hasn't changed.
But today I can walk into a hard conversation and stay calm. I can absorb bad news without falling apart. I can have a crisis at 2am, fix it, and show up the next morning like nothing happened.
Nobody taught me that.
Doing hard things every single day taught me that.
People see “21 year old running two companies in Kashmir” and assume confidence came naturally.
It didn't.
It was built. Slowly. Painfully. One uncomfortable situation at a time.
I'm still building it.
Entrepreneurship didn't make me wealthy, yet. It made me harder to break.
Right now, that's enough.
Day 28 of my 30-day build-in-public series. Two more to go.
Say the real thing. Always.
